We are all about helping our community, which we do by supporting local farms and local causes (through our Kama‘aina Giveback Program, fundraisers and community donations via Three’s Bar and Grill).
We also took part in Maui RSVP, a local promotion to benefit various nonprofits in Maui County and share great food at huge discounts. The fact is, Fork & Salad is becoming reality in large part because of our first restaurant, Three’s Bar & Grill, which we opened in Kīhei’s Kalama Village back in 2010. We learned a whole lot throughout that process, and are very thankful for the success we’ve seen at Three’s. We even captured the attention of the media!
