Three’s Bar & Grill was founded in 2010 by chefs and friends Jaron Blosser, Travis Morrin and Cody Christopher. They met while working together in Maui’s restaurant scene and bonded over their love for surfing, food and a shared dream to build something of their own.
What started as a catering concept has evolved into one of South Maui’s most loved restaurants, known for blending Hawaiian, Pacific Rim and Southwestern flavors into a menu that’s bold, approachable and built for gathering.

The Hawaiian Master
Travis Morrin brings the Hawaiian vibe to Three’s, raised on Maui with a deep connection to local food culture and community. His perspective centers on island-style favorites, fresh ingredients and the Aloha spirit that defines the restaurant. His influence helps shape an experience that feels authentic, welcoming and rooted in value.
FUN FACT: Travis is an acclaimed landscape photographer whose work spans Hawai‘i and beyond, with his stunning imagery featured throughout Three’s.

The Southwestern Sensation
Cody Christopher brings the Southwestern spirit to Three’s, drawing on his Texas roots and a love of bold, spice-driven cooking. His style is soulful and energetic, layering big flavors with comfort-food inspiration and a chef’s creativity. He’s passionate about crafting dishes that feel exciting, satisfying and full of personality.
FUN FACT: Cody is an incredibly talented woodworker who has crafted booths, custom tables and bar tops at Three’s, plus many wooden elements at Fork & Salad.

The Pacific Rim Pioneer
Jaron Blosser brings the Pacific Rim influence to Three’s, shaped by his experience as a trained sushi chef and his Colorado roots. His approach blends precision, balance and fresh island ingredients into raw bar offerings that feel both refined and approachable. He focuses on flavors that honor tradition while fitting seamlessly into Maui’s dining scene.
FUN FACT: Jaron has his own beautiful backyard farm in upcountry Maui, where he stays connected to the land and grows incredibly fresh food.

Three’s earned national attention with multiple Food Network features on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives with Guy Fieri spotlighting its creative fusion cuisine, ramen and standout signature dishes.
Even with national acclaim, the focus has always stayed local — supporting many Hawai’i producers and creating a space where residents and visitors alike can connect over great food, craft cocktails and a relaxed Kīhei vibe.

The Three’s Experience
From award-winning sushi and daily happy hour to lunch, dinner and handcrafted cocktails, Three’s is designed to bring people together.
The Surf Lounge features large handcrafted booths and tables, where you can gather with loved ones and watch your favorite sports teams play on one of their many TV monitors! There’s also a separate indoor dining space and two shaded patios with a welcoming vibe for everything from casual meals to celebrations with friends and family. They even have a kids’ menu for the keiki, and can accommodate diners with a gluten-free menu!

Located in the heart of South Maui at Kīhei Kalama Village across from the beach, Three’s reflects the lifestyle that inspired it — Maui surf culture, friendship and a love for sharing great food.
